After A.E. Lepage merged with Royal Trust to become Royal Lepage, Anita was offered the job of opening a new office for the company in Orleans. Never one to pass-up an opportunity, she accepted. For the next four years she trained and managed a successful office. Many of Ottawa's top Agents began their career working for her.

After years of management, Anita longed to return to her first love, working with her individual clientele personally. She left management but stayed with Royal Lepage and each year since has been one of Ottawa's top Realtors.

While Anita was still a manager, her son Chris Hoare, having finished school, was hired as the Marketing Director for Ottawa's Burelle Marketing Inc. Chris managed the hiring and training of all marketing staff and developed new programs for the company and rose quickly to become Vice President of Marketing and then COO. After playing an integral role in the sale of the company, Chris left the corporate world and became a Realtor.
